Here was the plan.. I already had 2 Darkstone Realms Suits which are great for what they are, but there are just far too many about these days... even in the UK! I wanted something a bit more unique. Unfortunately being rather rubbish in the creatively and implementation department It had to be a commission. I have made a couple of paws and bodysuits but fail miserably with head making. I commissioned White_Wolf to come up with a drawing of a Wolf/Husky, which was this one on the right.

There was a few people had caught my attention as I had wandered about looking at various web pages and after a short while had found some potential makers. I found a few places in the UK but decided my hard earned cash would be more "suited" to go to someone who has plenty of experience and has some great work on show already. I decided to check out Brokken, Scribblefox and White_fox. I liked the work White_fox had done with Diadexxus's Ace and with him living in Canada it made the potential costs a little cheaper with the exchange rates at the time. White_fox was moving which was great as it gave me a little time to get the cash together.. Then disaster struck....

The artist who had done the original drawing, had done a similar design for someone else. Although the species was different it had a certain similarity. Not really her fault though, it was just the style she does, however the whole point of the exercise was for something unique so it was back to the drawing board.

Thankfully Dogz came to the rescue and came up with this little gem to the left... Things were back on! By this time I had the money, White_fox had the brains and Dogz had the Looks and things were ready to start! Now things like colour and patterning came into the equation.. Ok so we weren't quite there yet, but it was heading in the right direction. I definitely didn't want anything grey and white like a conventional husky, White_fox put together a few fur samples and a lovely picture that he found.

In hindsight I should of been more organized in what I actually wanted, but thinking about it I didn't really know apart from it had to have the "Cute" factor. Did White_fox come up with the goods?....
